About this event

Where: France (virtually)

Sector Focus: EdTech (schools & universities)

Date: 30 September 2020

*PLEASE NOTE - GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION IN THE EDUCATION SECTOR, THIS DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE*

About: The French market has shown growing appetite for EdTech solutions, especially those directed at schools and universities. This is a great opportunity for London scale-ups, most of them leading the charge for digital education all across Europe.

The recent Covid-19 crisis also brings new opportunities as schools and universities need to look at digital solutions to provide their services remotely.

We invite all London-based EdTech sector companies that are interested in meeting with French schools, universities and governmental institutions to apply.

Format: This one day mission will consist of various sessions to replicate face-to-face meetings in the format of digital roundtables, networking events and site visits. The full agenda will be shared with attendees prior to the mission.

Eligibility criteria: To join this trade mission, your company must fit the sector focus and be a member of the Mayor’s International Business Programme. When registering your interest, you will be asked a set of follow-up questions to ensure these criteria are met.

Any companies wishing to apply who are not yet part of the Mayor's International Business Programme, please note that you will need to apply and be accepted onto the programme to take part in the mission. Our eligibility criteria include: 20% YoY growth, £1m in revenue or funding equivalent (or combination of both) per annum, 10-249 employees. When registering your interest, you will be asked a set of follow-up questions to ensure the criteria are met and to apply if applicable. For more information about the programme, please click here.

*PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A REGISTRATION OF INTEREST ONLY*

The Mayor’s International Business Programme will review all applications and the mission leader will contact applicants to discuss further.
